Today: Document-based Q&A, semantic search, multilingual support, and API access are available in early access. Planned: WebMCP integration, WhatsApp deployment, advanced tool integrations, and role-based bot configurations.
We support PDFs, text documents, web links, and structured data. Additional formats (Word, Excel, etc.) are on the roadmap. All documents are processed securely and stored encrypted.
Yes! Custom API integration is planned for design partners. Bots will be able to call your internal systems to fetch data or trigger actions, with proper authentication and access controls.
Currently: Website widget and API access. Coming soon: WhatsApp, internal workspaces, and Slack. All deployments share the same knowledge base and can be configured independently.
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use workspace isolation to keep teams separate. Your documents and conversations are never used to train public AI models. SOC 2 and GDPR compliance are on our roadmap.
